Exploring what helps people come alive.
If something here resonates, let's have a conversation.
Whether you're an individual, organisation, creative, founder, leader, community builder or simply someone exploring what comes next, I'd love to hear from you.

Helping people reconnect with what makes them feel most alive through writing, speaking, conversation, facilitation, creativity, and embodied insight.
I’m a writer, speaker, performer, facilitator, consultant and cultural thinker with a twenty-year background in creativity, human development, nervous system intelligence work, and embodied leadership.
I support individuals and organisations, with vision, risk-taking, capacity building, play, storytelling, creative possibilities and being aligned with a strong sense of what you stand for.
My work brings together different threads into one central question:
What makes you come alive?
Over the past two decades, I've explored creativity, storytelling, embodiment, growth, vision and human development through many different lenses including art therapy training, creative coaching, nervous system intelligence work, leadership development, writing, speaking and my own Creative Genius methodologies.
Rather than seeing these as separate disciplines, I'm interested in how they come together to help people live, create and lead more fully.
I have worked with hundreds of clients from all over the world. It would be a privilege and an honour to work with you.

My work sits at the intersection of:
Aliveness and human flourishing
Creativity, imagination and human potential
Leadership, power and cultural change
Embodiment and nervous system awareness
Belonging, uncertainty, courage, and risk-taking
What it means to live a meaningful life and the art of being human

As a leadership strategist and facilitator with over 25 years’ experience creating transformative learning experiences that strengthen leadership capability, collaboration, and high-performing team dynamics, Heidi’s work helps leaders regulate their internal state, communicate with clarity, and make adaptive decisions in complex environments.
As part of the L& D team at AllBright, Heidi designed and developed leadership programme content used by organisations including British Airways, Boots No7, HSBC, and Shopify. Working across multiple stakeholders, she translated organisational goals into engaging learning experiences that encourage open dialogue, strengthen relational intelligence, and support collaborative problem-solving.
Heidi’s work integrates a rare combination of coaching, nervous system education, creative leadership development, attention management and performance experience, which allows her to create practical, impactful sessions to translate deep human understanding into high-impact leadership practices. This is also informed by earlier work supporting individuals through periods of transition, including coaching with women in midlife and creating menopause in the workplace programs for Boots No7, giving Heidi a strong foundation in how people navigate stress, identity, and change.
A published author and creator of The Creative Genius Coaching Map ©, Heidi brings a distinctive combination of storytelling, strategic insight, and experiential programme design. Her work helps leaders regulate their internal state, strengthen relational intelligence, and unlock the clarity and collaboration required for high-performing leaders and teams.

Most leadership training focuses on strategy, communication techniques, or management frameworks. My work focuses on the one factor that determines whether those strategies actually work: the internal state of the leader delivering them. When leaders learn to stabilise their attention, strengthen their presence in conversations, and communicate with real clarity, the quality of thinking and collaboration across teams changes dramatically.
I help leaders strengthen their internal state, deepen the quality of attention in conversations, and communicate narratives that unlock creativity, innovation, risk-taking, safety and trust in teams.
A leader’s nervous system state directly influences team performance. When leaders are regulated and feel safe, teams show better communication, higher trust, stronger collaboration, better decision-making, lower burnout.
The field I work in, combining the above leadership and nervous system intelligence tools with aliveness practices, currently sits between three worlds:
1️⃣ corporate leadership training
2️⃣ trauma / nervous system work
3️⃣ wellbeing and burnout preventionI offer introductory workshops, 6-week training, and one-to-one mentoring and consultancy, depending on the needs of you and your company.
Introduction to Nervous System Intelligence at Work
This is a practical, experiential session designed to help individuals understand how their internal state directly impacts focus, communication, and decision-making in the workplace.
The session includes:
a clear, accessible introduction to nervous system intelligence, and why it matters in the workplace
guided experiential exercises to regulate under pressure and improve clarity
real-time application to workplace situations such as meetings, communication, and decision-making
evidence-informed and grounded in neuroscience, attention mastery, storytelling and relational leadership principles, translated into practical, business-ready application and exercises to strengthen presence, relational awareness and creative facilitation.
Participants gain simple, immediately applicable tools to manage stress, stay present, and engage more effectively at work.
This session is designed to integrate easily into your client offering as a high-impact wellbeing or leadership experience, particularly within shorter formats such as lunch-and-learns.
With increasing levels of workplace stress and cognitive overload, this work supports individuals to operate with greater clarity, resilience, and relational awareness, all of which directly impact performance, creativity and collaboration. Traditional leadership training often teaches what leaders should do, i.e. defined by strategy alone, but overlooks the single most powerful factor shaping results: the internal state from which leaders operate, their ability to stay present, attuned, and generative under pressure.
Quite simply, organisations cannot afford leaders operating in unregulated states, the consequences include misaligned decisions, missed opportunities for innovation, and disengaged teams.
Alongside these shorter sessions, I also deliver more in-depth leadership workshops and programmes for organisations looking to embed this work more fully.
I’d love to explore how this could fit within your needs, mission and vision.
Looking forward to collaborating with you,
Heidi Chadwick
