Exploring what helps people come alive.
If something here resonates, let's have a conversation.
Whether you're an individual, organisation, creative, founder, leader, community builder or simply someone exploring what comes next, I'd love to hear from you.
-
Helping people reconnect with what makes them feel most alive through writing, speaking, conversation, facilitation, creativity, and embodied insight.
I’m a writer, speaker, performer, facilitator, consultant and cultural thinker with a twenty-year background in creativity, human development, nervous system intelligence work, and embodied leadership.
I support individuals and organisations, with vision, risk-taking, capacity building, play, storytelling, creative possibilities and being aligned with a strong sense of what you stand for.
My work brings together different threads into one central question:
What makes you come alive?
Over the past two decades, I've explored creativity, storytelling, embodiment, growth, vision and human development through many different lenses including art therapy training, creative coaching, nervous system intelligence work, leadership development, writing, speaking and my own Creative Genius methodologies.
Rather than seeing these as separate disciplines, I'm interested in how they come together to help people live, create and lead more fully.
I have worked with hundreds of clients from all over the world. It would be a privilege and an honour to work with you.
-
I create experiences that interrupt the way people are currently seeing something, so that something else can become possible.
I work with people and organisations navigating uncertainty, change and possibility. Through talks, workshops, immersive experiences, facilitation and consultancy, I create the conditions for a shift in perception, making space for more honest questions, different perspectives, new ideas and more conscious choices.
I’m interested in the space between what we think we know and what might actually be true, and what happens when we create enough safety and relationship for people to become more honest, enough uncertainty for something new to emerge, and enough structure for that emergence to become useful.
My work is deliberately experiential. I do that through a combination of provocation, writing, storytelling, questions, creative practices, embodied attention, conversation, reflective exercises, imagination, and, where appropriate, unexpected tools such as tarot to interrupt habitual ways of thinking and open up different perspectives.
My approach is intellectually rigorous, human and practical. There is room for play, imagination and the unexpected, but never for the sake of novelty. Every intervention has a purpose.
I’d love to explore how this could fit within your needs, mission and vision.
Looking forward to collaborating with you,
Heidi Chadwick

Embodiment and nervous system awareness
Belonging, uncertainty, courage, and risk-taking
What it means to live a meaningful life and the art of being human

Heidi Hinda Chadwick is an author, writer, speaker, performance artist, facilitator and creative practitioner working across creativity, leadership, culture, wellbeing and change.
With more than two decades of experience creating and delivering learning, creative and leadership programmes, Heidi has worked across business, education, health, wellbeing, community, social and youth sectors, as well as the wider creative industries.
Her work has included being part of the L&D team at AllBright, where she designed and developed leadership programme content used by organisations including British Airways, Boots No7, HSBC and Shopify. She is also the creator of the Creative Genius Coaching Map ©, a nine-module programme for Creative Living, and has spent more than 15 years supporting people and organisations through creative and personal change.
Working with women is a significant part of Heidi’s practice, and she’s particularly interested in the rich, disruptive territory of midlife, the point at which old identities, expectations and ways of living can stop fitting, and something new begins to surface. Her work in this area, which she describes as midwifing midlife, brings together creativity, honest inquiry, nervous system awareness and the courage to imagine what comes next. She has worked extensively with women in midlife and developed a menopause-in-the-workplace programme for Boots No7, exploring menopause not simply as a health issue, but as part of the wider experience of change, identity and working life.
Heidi has trained in creativity coaching, nervous system education and the therapeutic and educational application of the arts. She has also worked as a book mentor, content editor and writing coach, bringing together her experience of creative practice, learning and storytelling.
Heidi is a published author and writer, an experienced stage speaker and performance artist, and the creator and co-host of Full of Ourselves, a ‘women in business’ podcast nominated for a Scottish Podcast Award in 2026. Her work frequently explores the uncomfortable and unsayable, bringing together humour, intelligence, vulnerability and provocation to open up different ways of seeing.
She also works with tarot as a tool for conversation, reflection and navigating uncertainty and change.
Across all of her work, Heidi is interested in what helps people come alive and what becomes possible when we stop assuming we already know the answer and become willing to discover what might be possible instead.

I create talks, sessions and immersive experiences that interrupt habitual ways of thinking, make space for what is true, and open up what might be possible.
The format is flexible. The question, challenge or context comes first, and then the experience is shaped around what the people in the room actually need.
Talks & Keynotes
Provocative, intelligent, entertaining and highly engaging talks that challenge assumptions, introduce unexpected perspectives and leave people looking at familiar subjects differently.
My talks can be keynote-style, conversational, performative or somewhere in between. They bring together storytelling, humour, cultural thinking, personal experience and provocation to create an experience rather than simply deliver information.
Interactive Sessions
Participatory experiences built around a particular question, theme or challenge.
These might involve conversation, creative practice, writing, storytelling, journaling, tarot, reflection, nervous system education, embodied approaches, paired work or collective inquiry ~ selected responsively rather than applied as a fixed formula.
The aim is to create enough structure for people to explore, while leaving room for something unexpected to emerge.
Immersive Experiences
From shorter interventions to half-day experiences, retreats, away-days, conference sessions and festival programmes ~ an experience designed to change the quality of the room.
These experiences can be playful, provocative, reflective, theatrical, intimate or deeply practical. They might involve conversation, writing, storytelling, cards, movement, silence, creative practices, humour or collective inquiry.
The format follows the purpose.
Facilitation & Consultancy
I work with individuals, teams and organisations when something needs to be explored, questioned, understood or made possible.
I can be brought in around change and uncertainty, organisational culture, leadership, creativity and innovation, difficult conversations, identity and transition, wellbeing, direction-setting, stuckness or questions that nobody quite knows how to ask yet.
My role isn't necessarily to arrive with the answer. It's to help people see the situation differently enough to ask better questions, find greater clarity and make more conscious choices about what happens next.
***The work can take many forms, but some of the territories I return to again and again include:
Leadership & uncertainty
Leading when there is no obvious answer. Decision-making, agency, courage and the capacity to not know.Women, leadership & midlife
Women’s leadership beyond prescribed performance. Ambition, desire, identity, transition, becoming and the possibilities of midlife.Wellbeing & aliveness
Rethinking wellbeing beyond stress management. What helps people feel connected, meaningful, engaged and alive, at work and in life.Creativity & imagination
Creating when the answer doesn't exist yet. Imagination, possibility, experimentation and the creative capacity to work with the unknown.Change, culture & possibility
What happens when we stop trying to prematurely fix uncertainty? Questioning assumptions, inherited ways of working and the systems that keep us solving the wrong problem.Truth, identity & becoming
Making space for what is actually true, including the things that are uncomfortable, unsayable or in the process of changing.Conversation, perspective & the unexpected
Using creative and symbolic practices, including tarot, to interrupt habitual thinking, surface different perspectives and open up conversations that might not otherwise happen. The common thread isn't a particular tool, methodology or subject.
It's the experience of seeing something differently and discovering what becomes possible from there.
