"There are so many accounts, from even the most accomplished literary geniuses, that diving head first into the white mist that is the creative writing process can be an ominously daunting task. As a fledgling writer I have skirted around the edges of the page, dipping in a toe every now and again, then timidly backing away in the fear I may fail, or worse get lost in a maze of madness all of my own making.
That is until Heidi generously held out her hand and offered a way into the unknown that felt a little less unnerving. One foot in front of the other, session by session she has led me on a journey of creative rediscovery.
Heidi has created a safe haven for nurturing our creative selves, through a process that harnesses your strengths, helps define your intention and sets goals at the end of each session to create a healthy work pattern. An adept teacher with an incredibly acute ability to listen, interpret and then collaborate on identifying ones creative saboteurs. To get to know and 'name your fear' so you can work effectively even when doubt comes rap, rap, rapping on your chamber door, looking to discourage you. Heidi is that guiding light in the mist, nurturing you along the duel path of creativity and productivity. My journey as a writer has never felt so clear."

"I want to tell you about Heidi Hinda. What a unique character, what a stylish, kooky, intelligent, passionate, funny, courageous woman she is and how she shares her gifts so generously. She is consciously walking her own path and this was felt deeply as I engaged in a course of creativity coaching with her. Through Hinda’s insightful questions and heart sharing; and her commitment to keeping me on track when I wandered off, she was invaluable to my creative process. I felt held and seen and deeply encouraged to take risks with my writing and my art and to challenge some of my limiting beliefs about creativity. At times I entered my sessions a little ungrounded and ‘airy’ and always Hinda helped me to clarify my intentions and go deeper into my emotional process, resulting in surprising creative results and a sense of general wellness.
This experience has penetrated my soul, I love the notion that we explored together that art is a creation between oneself and God. Heidi Hinda’s search for truth and beauty inspires me and I am so grateful I had this opportunity to work with her.
I would recommend to anyone who wishes to explore their creative process further and step deeper into the human and divine landscapes, where life itself becomes art and where showing up, listening in and ‘being the magic’ becomes the only option."

"My Creativity Coaching experience with Heidi supported me to explore the blocks that were keeping me from expressing my Inner Artist in a more consistent fluid way in my daily life. I LOVE making art and painting, but over the years of getting swept up in the busy-ness of life and work, this part of me had slowly slipped to the sidelines, and had all but nearly fizzled completely. This coaching with Heidi was the perfect timing to help me rekindle my creative spark again. Heidi is incredibly intuitive, inspiring, and playful - but fierce when needed. In this energetic dynamic between us, my Inner Artist absolutely felt a renewed curiosity to come out and play. I felt a resurgence of my vital energy from interacting with Heidi in this way. She also helped me re-frame my experience of "work" and how that can be more integrated with my creative side.
I loved that the focus was not directly on having to "be creative" - right away. Heidi is very insightful, and realised that there are deeper layers to be explored before getting to that stage - and I felt she was very in-tune with what felt like the right timing for me. She took me into some deep self-inquiry and journaling exercises that really helped me have some "A-Ha" moments about my stuckness. She helped me re-write my self-limiting stories.

"I worked with Heidi Hinda while I was crowdfunding to record a new album of music. It was an intense time for me and the coaching sessions gave me space to reflect and evaluate how I was managing the campaign and receive Hinda's support and encouragement. I always felt back on track after each session.
As much as we talked about the immediate crowdfunding project, the process also seemed to bring up some deeply held (limiting) beliefs around what it means to be an artist, which seemed to shift over the course of the coaching. The process was somewhat mysterious but I felt it working on me in a positive way. As the coaching journey ended, I left with renewed energy and a real openness to possibilities. Thank you Heidi Hinda."

"Coaching with Heidi Hinda gave me that gentle push into the unknown that I absolutely needed. It gave me the incentive to begin working on my writing. I had a mental block and now I feel I have the discipline to keep working on it. It helped me shift a lot of blocks by exploring this with her and I am really grateful. Her words 'non negotiable' stay with when make I excuses and avoid working on my writing. So now I am giving worth to develop my own work in the same way I do for my community work which I also love and value. The moment I opened the door it feels so easy and I feel really excited to keep moving forward. I can't believe such an incredibly powerful shift happened just from 4 sessions with Heidi Hinda. A new idea has formed too which I can't wait to share with her as it unfolds. I have done some practical things which have taken me years to sit down and do. It is magic.
I felt held by Heidi Hinda and that she was with me on my journey to discover new things about myself. She is a wonderful and incredibly intuitive mentor and coach. Thank you."

"Living is journeying. Working with Heidi I have been able to embrace myself and the journey that I am being lead on. I feel safe in these sessions to explore what is lying within. Heidi has given me the courage to touch my truth and to become more connected to the powerful vessel within me, and to move through life in a more authentic way. Thank you!" Rickel (yoga instructor)
"Heidi is so skilled at pulling on the intangible threads of the creative self. Facilitating an exploration of these and the inner obstacles that stand in their way. A voyage of discovery that I wouldn't have been able to take alone. It has opened up my creativity in new exciting ways and has given me the confidence to take more risks (like performing in public) all of which brings more joy into my life! Thanks Heidi x"

"I had no idea what to expect when I attended 'word up' workshop. I was pleasantly surprised, it was a nice small focus group enabling us all to have individual attention. The workshop was delivered with sincerity, attention to fine detail and integrity. The words spun from our hearts and soul. Heidi has a no-nonsense approach and I love the way it's totally different from anything I've done before. It also helped me to be more open to other perspectives and I had an amazing sleep that night too. If you want to find your intuitive side, I highly recommend." Nisha Srivastava Movement specialist.
"I have had a mixture of face-to-face, written and telephone coaching with Heidi Hinda. It has been a very supportive experience. Heidi’s coaching has been particularly helpful for me in pushing through ‘blocks’ and for finding strategies for working with ‘my inner critic’.
Heidi Hinda works with sensitivity and from a place of grounded authenticity. She has a quiet presence and can bring lightness and humour as well as seriousness to the coaching process. Her support has always felt collaborative.
For me a creative project is not linear. Heidi's coaching has helped me to ride the waves and troughs of my journey-giving encouragement when needed, helping me to find clarity with skillful questioning when lost, offering a different perspective when i seemed to be stuck, and of course, celebrating successes.
Thank you Heidi Hinda"

"I was by chance offered a place on Heidi's ' trial ' creative coaching course through a friend's friend, in other words I wasn't actively seeking out a coach although I'd been thinking, for some time, about a mentor in connection with my art work!
All my Skype meetings with Heidi have given me much food for thought. I have post it notes on this iPad of words/questions she has asked me for me to continually digest! Because she listens, she shines a very bright light on what I might call 'insignificant, throwaway/casual utterances' which can sometimes reveal more than we realise, being ourselves too close to see. Hence she has helped me greatly to hear and understand what I am saying and how it can impact on myself.
It takes time to change, and I definitely felt vulnerable and a little scared at first but Heidi always makes me feel safe, (using present tense here because I will keep in touch), when I communicate with her, non judgemental yet challenging appropriately through positive insightful questioning, joyfulness and reasoning.
To sum up, and best of all, Heidi, I feel, takes listening to another level which filters down through everything she has to say!
Heidi may happiness follow you."

"It started last summer with the creativity coaching. You showed my that my cravings for creative living are valid, that they are important - so, so, so! Till that place i felt bonkers! I have actually heard that not even once. I just knew that i want to live creative live but I didn't know that is was possible and was hiding, trying to fit in. That resulted with 'Big Down' -still not accepted, still lost and pissed off. I decided to go for Heidi's Juicy Living Manifesto workshop. And...Big Wow!. Heidi made me realize that it's only me stopping myself of life what I want to live. Only me! So I thought perhaps she is a bit crazy. Yeah that's what I thought. Anyway Heidi let me feel safe and wasn't pushy which gave me time to grow and blossom.....After 4 months I went to Word Up workshop, where I found my words. I am being creative every day and getting along with myself. Things start to work in my life. Shit. That's true. I did a lot of work but Heidi was always in right time with right Words. Never invasive, never pushy but always effective. I would say that magic happens in that Creative Genius Studio."

"Heidi is a rare breed of shamaness who can conduct a group of people in a space into a trusting and fun experience... I've walked away from every workshop with a smile on my face and something beautiful like a painting to show for it. It's also sometimes intense, a real emotional experience, but it always feels safe. I trust Heidi implicitly as a facilitator in these workshops.”
